Systems And Technical Consultancy Services - Framework Agreement On The Provision Of Consulting And Advisory Services - Preparation Of A Ppp Project. The Purpose Of The Procurement Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement According To § 131 Of The Act With One Supplier. The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Will Be The Provision Of Consulting And Advisory Services For The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Subject Of Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement Is Broadly Specified In The Draft Framework Agreement (Annex Of The Procurement Documentation). The Subject Of The Performance Of Public Contracts Awarded On The Basis Of The Framework Agreement Is The Provision Of Qualified Services In The Preparation Of The Ppp Project Reconstruction, Modernization And Operation Of Public Lighting In Pilsen. This Involves The Provision Of Consulting And Advisory Services In The Field Of Project Management, The Provision Of Consultations In The Field Of Quality Management, Economic Consultancy And Other Advisory Services. The Services Provided Will Include, In Particular, The Availability Of Personnel Capacities In The Field Of Ppp Project Preparation, Which Will Be Available To The Contracting Authority, Especially Consisting In (In): A) Preparation Of Documents For The Implementation Of The Ppp Project Incl. Proposals, Modifications And/Or Opponents Of The Ppp Project; B) Management Of Projects And Programs And The Provision Of Organizational, Management And Administrative Services Related Thereto, Including Support In The Coordination Of Suppliers; C) Quality, Risk Management And Provision Of Independent Supervision And Audit Of The Clients Projects And Provision Of Project Management And Service Management Support; D) Provision Of Services Related To The Management Of Ppp Projects And Quality Control Of Ppp Services; E) Provision Of Consultations, Analyses, Preparation Of Documents And Documents In The Field Of Certification And Quality Management; F) Provision Of Other Professional And Consulting Services In The Field Of Ppp. The Provision Of Services Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of A Primary Order Issued Without Undue Delay After The Framework Agreement Becomes Effective. It Will Then Be Possible To Order Particularly Important Activities By Means Of Separate Orders Based On Specific Requirements Of The Contracting Authority With A Specific Specification Of Performance Dates, Through Partial Contracts Concluded On The Basis Of Written Requests From The Contracting Authority.
