Urban Solid-Refuse Collection Services – Reception, Processing And Recovery Of Plaster From Recycling Centers And Services Of The Métropole De Lyon. The Metropolis Of Lyon Is Responsible For The Collection And Processing Of Household Waste And Similar Waste (Article L5215-20 Of The General Code Of Local Authorities) In The 58 Municipalities In Its Territory, Representing A Population Of 1,433,613 Inhabitants (Source Insee 01/01/2024). As Such, It Carries Out Door-To-Door Or Voluntary Collection Of Household Waste, Separate Collection Of Dry Recyclables (Paper And Packaging), Glass And Bio-Waste. It Provides Its Residents With A Network Of 19 Recycling Centers To Collect Waste Not Covered By Traditional Collection Systems. Additional Services Are Also Set Up Such As Mobile Recycling Centers Or Green Waste Drop-Off Points. The Objectives Targeted By The Metropolis Of Lyon In Setting Up Recycling Centers Are: - The Recovery Of Materials From Household Waste, - The Reduction Of The Proportion Of Waste Intended For Landfill, - The Cleanliness Of The Territory And The Prevention Of Illegal Dumping, - The Enhancement Of Its Image. The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Ensure The Reception And Preparation Of Plaster Waste Collected In The Recycling Centers Of The Lyon Metropolis And By The Metropolitan Services With A View To Their Recovery And/Or Treatment. The Scope Of Services Covers: - The Reception, From Monday To Saturday, Of All Deliveries Of Plaster Waste From The Recycling Centers Of The Métropole De Lyon And, Occasionally, From Metropolitan Services, On One Or More Reception Sites, - Possible Pre-Treatment Operations For The Separation Of The Materials Brought And If Necessary The Extraction Of Undesirable Fractions, - The Evacuation Of Plaster Contributions To Recovery Sectors, - The Recovery Or Elimination Of Undesirable Fractions, - The Transmission Of The Balance Sheets Of The Tonnages Of Waste Received, Recovered And Treated. - Support For The Metropolis In Experimenting With Separate Collection And Processing Of Flows Containing Plaster But Not Accepted In August 2026 In Plaster Skips
