Airport Surveillance System (Sur) - Installation Of A Passive Mspsr System. Hungarocontrol Magyar Légiforgalmi Szolgálat Zrt. (Hereafter Hc Or Customer) Is Installing A Passive Mspsr System (Hereafter System) Consisting Of 4 Receiving Stations (Hereafter Station) In Order To Improve The Primary Airspace Detection Of Budapest Tma And The Entire Budapest Fir Airspace (Hereafter Lhcc). The System Must Be Able To Detect Aircraft Passively, Without Using Its Own Signal Source, Using Analog Fm And Dvb-T2 Signal Sources. Therefore, The Supplier Must Deliver And Install A System That Meets The Following Specifications: The System Must Meet The Standards Defined In Point 2 Of The Technical Description. System Description: The System Must Not Use Its Own Signal Source. The Stations Must Be Able To Operate At Least In The Following Two Broadcasting Bands Simultaneously And Use Their Signals: • Analog Urh - Fm (87.5 - 108.0 Mhz) • Urh - Dvb-T2 (470–694 Mhz) The Stations Must Be Able To Work Together, Thereby Providing More Accurate Aerial Position Detection Capabilities. It Is Not Necessary To Create A Combined Target From The Signal, It Is Only For Providing An Aerial Situational Picture. Support Services The Bidder Must Make A Detailed Offer For The Provision Of Support Services For A Fixed Fee For The First Year, And For An Optional Amount Of 120 Hours In The Second Year For Hourly Services Marked With * In The Technical Description. Option: The Bidder Is Entitled To Order A Maximum Of 120 Hours Of Optional Support Services, However, The Bidder Is Not Obliged To Order A Single Hour Of Optional Support Services, Nor Is He Obliged To Exhaust The Number Of Hours Specified Here. If The Contracting Authority Does Not Use Up The 120 Hours Specified Above Earlier, The Contracting Authority Shall Use The Optional Support Services No Later Than In Accordance With Article 3.5.2 Of The Contract.
