The Project Aims To Strengthen And Operationalize The Integration Of Mental Health And Psychosocial Support (Mhpss), Substance Use (Su), And Gender-Based Violence (Gbv) Services Within Two Primary Health Care Centers (Phccs) In Lebanon, It Focuses On Strengthening The Capacity Of Phcc Teams, Supporting The Establishment Of Integrated And Patient-Centered Services, Improving Community Awareness, And Promoting Sustainable Coordination And Referral Mechanisms In Alignment With The Nmhp - Moph Guidelines And National Gbv Referral And Case Management Standards. To Ensure Quality, Clarity Of Service Flows, And Long-Term Sustainability Of This Model, Skoun Seeks To Recruit A Consultant To Develop Two Standard Operating Procedures (Sops), One For Each Phcc, That Jointly Document Integrated Mh, Su And Gbv Services And Pathways, Roles, And Monitoring Requirements Within Each Phcc. These Sops Are Intended Not Only As Clinical Guidance Documents, But Also As Institutional Tools That Clarify Governance Frameworks, Coordination And Accountability Mechanisms, Supervision Structures, Intersectoral Coordination Pathways, Safe Identification And Referrals, And Sustainability Processes For Integrating Mh, Su And Gbv Services Within Phcc Systems.
