The Services Included Are As Follows: A) Collection Of Bulky Household Waste From The Ground Door-To-Door By Appointment From Individuals. B) Collection Of So-Called Wild Bulky Items At The Foot Of Columns And Collective Bins. This Service Can Only Be Used Upon Express And Exceptional Request From The Capv. This Service Is Not Intended To Replace Municipal Competence In Matters Of Cleanliness, But To Allow The Implementation Of One-Off And Targeted Actions In The Territory, In Response To Particular Situations Or Large-Scale Illegal Dumping Phenomena Near Sorting Points. It Is Part Of The Plan To Combat Abandoned Waste (Plda) Adopted By The Capv In Partnership With Citeo, In Order To Provide Exceptional Support To Municipalities Facing Specific Problems Of Illegal Dumping. The Nature Of The Services To Be Carried Out As Well As Their Technical Specifications Are Defined In The Specifications Of Special Technical Clauses (C.C.T.P). The Thresholds For Annual Order Amounts Are As Follows: - Minimum Annual Amount: 80,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax, Or 320,000 Euros Excluding Tax Over 4 Years. - Maximum Annual Amount: 350,000.00 Euros Excluding Tax, Or 1,400,000 Euros Excluding Tax Over 4 Years. The Amounts Will Be Identical For Each Renewal Period Of The Framework Agreement.
