The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Permanent, Direct Physical Protection Services For Persons And Property Of The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences In The Biskupin And Grunwald District, Carried Out At Stationary And Mobile Posts, Along With The Provision Of An Intervention Group, An Active Anti-Seizure System And Electronic Control Of Celebrations. 3. The Service Includes In Particular: - Staffing Of Stationary And Mobile Posts On The Days And Hours Indicated In The Opz; - Conducting Visits To Buildings And Areas, Controlling Access And Operating Security Devices And Systems; - 24-Hour Readiness Of An Armed And Motorized Two-Person Intervention Group; - Installation, Maintenance And Operation Of An Anti-Seizure System And An Electronic Celebration Control System; - Provision Of Additional Services Launched Under The Option Law, Including Increasing Staffing, Opening Additional Posts Or Patrols And Replacing Porters And Cloakroom Attendants. 4. The Maximum Scope Of The Order Is 154,245 Man-Hours, Including: • Basic Period (365 Days) - A Maximum Of 59,325 Man-Hours Of The Basic Scope And A Maximum Of 17,797.5 Man-Hours Of The Option Right; • Renewal Period - A Maximum Of 59,325 Man-Hours Of The Basic Scope And A Maximum Of 17,797.5 Man-Hours Of The Option Right. 5. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Order Of At Least 47,460 Man-Hours In The Basic Period, And After The Effective Start Of The Resumption - At Least 47,460 Man-Hours In The Resumption Period. Ordering The Remaining Part Of The Maximum Scope Of A Given Period And Exercising The Option Right Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 6. Detailed Rights And Obligations Of The Parties, Rules For The Implementation And Settlement Of Services And The Contractors Liability Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Hereinafter Referred To As Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. 9. The Place Of Execution Of The Order Is The Facilities And Areas Of The Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences Indicated In The Opz, Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz. 10. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Offer Must Cover The Entire Subject Of The Order, Including All Porters Offices, Cloakrooms, Posts And Service Hours Specified In The Opz. 11. The Offer Must Be Unambiguous And Complete, And Its Content Must Enable The Ordering Party To Verify The Compliance Of The Offered Order Execution Method With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And Its Annexes. 12. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence, In Accordance With Applicable Law, The Provisions Of The Swz And Its Annexes, The Procedures Applicable At The Facilities And The Instructions Of Authorized Representatives.
