Subject And Goal Of The Service Part 1: The Subject Of This Service Description Is The Creation Of The Service Specifications For The Construction Of The Overhead Line System (Hoai Service Phase 6, Preparation Of The Award) On The Basis Of The Existing Draft Planning (Service Phase 3). Special Feature Of The Processing Sequence: Deviating From The Usual Chronological Sequence Of The Hoai Service Phases, Service Phase 6 Is Brought Forward Within The Scope Of This Project And Must Be Completed Before The Implementation Planning Is Drawn Up (Service Phase 5, See Part 2 Of This Document). The Aim Is To Create The Bill Of Quantities Ready For Construction At An Early Stage Based On The Design Planning In Order To Bring Forward The Subsequent Tendering Of The Construction Work.
