Statped Needs Assistance To Develop A New Web-Based Version Of The Ict Learning Tool Sarepta. The Assistance Includes The Development Of Functionality That In Todays Sarepta Is In The Text And Imagebook Modules. The New Solution Will Continue Central Functionality And Educational Principles From Todays Sarepta, While At The Same Time Establishing It On A Modern And Forward-Looking Technical Platform. The Solution Must Be A Web Application And Be Published As Open Source Code. Arrangements Must Be Made So That The Solution Can Be Managed And Further Developed By Statped After The Assistance Has Ended. Statped Intends To Enter Into A Contract With One Supplier. A More Detailed Description Of The Assistance And The Requirements For The New Solution Follows From Ssa-B Appendix 1 (The Customers Description Of The Assistance), With A Complementary Description Of Sarepta In The Appendixs Appendix 1 (User Manual Sarepta). The Acquisition Of Assistance For The Development Of A New Web-Based Version Of Sarepta (The Basic Delivery) Has An Estimated Maximum Limit Of Nok 2.0 Million, Excl. Vat The Estimate Is Not To Be Regarded As Binding For Statped. At The Same Time, Statped Reserves The Right To, If Necessary Later, Order Additional Deliveries In The Form Of Further Development Or New Modules And Functions During The Project. In That Case, Such Deliveries Will Be In Addition To The Basic Delivery And Can Be Agreed Upon By Means Of An Amendment Agreement.
