Ambulance Services – Medical Transport By Ambulance Following Treatment In The Ski Area By Semval. This Contract Concerns Medical Transport Following The Treatment Of Injured, Injured Or Distressed People In The Valmeinier Ski Area By Semval. The Contract Was Awarded In The Form Of A Framework Agreement With Purchase Orders, Concluded Without A Minimum Annual Amount And With A Maximum Amount Of 100,000 Euro(S) Excluding Tax Per Year. The Services Will Be Carried Out As And When Required By Semval, By Issuing Purchase Orders, Within The Limit Of The Maximum Annual Amount Set In This Contract. This Framework Agreement Is Concluded For An Initial Period Of One Year From Its Date Of Notification. It May Be Renewed Twice For A Period Of One Year, For A Maximum Total Duration Of Three Years, Without The Holder Being Able To Object. The Renewal Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Provided For In This Contract.
