Refuse Disposal And Treatment – ​​Removal Or Use Of Waste From Citizens And Entrepreneurs Of Lipník Nad Bečvou. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of The Service Of Ensuring The Safe Storage Of Mixed Municipal Waste (Catalog No. 200301) In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 11 Paragraph 2 Letter A) Of Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, As Amended, Originating From The Territory Of The City Of Lipník Nad Bečvou, From Where It Will Be Collected At The Landfill, Produced By Both Citizens And Entrepreneurs Of The City. Mixed Municipal Waste Will Be Collected From The Client As A Collection Company And Deposited At A Landfill Owned Or Managed By The Participant, In Compliance With All Legislative Standards Valid And Effective For The Provision Of The Given Type Of Service. The Service Will Be Provided For The Period From The Effective Date Of The Contract, Which Will Occur No Earlier Than 01.01.2027 To 31.12.2028 (The Expected Period Of Service Provision Is Therefore 2 Years). The Estimated Amount Of Mixed Municipal Waste To Be Stored During 1 Year Of Performance Of The Public Contract Will Be 2,335 Tons (Object Of Performance).
