Diesel Oil - Purchase Of Diesel Oil For Internal Combustion And Bimodal Traction Vehicles Used By The Ordering Party. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Sale By The Contractor To The Ordering Party Of Diesel Oil Intended For Internal Combustion And Bimodal Traction Vehicles In Use By The Ordering Party, Meeting The Requirements Of The Relevant Applicable Polish And European Standards And The Requirements Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Contract Template - Quality Requirements For The Supplied Fuel (Hereinafter Referred To As Diesel Fuel) And The Delivery Of Diesel Oil To Above-Ground Tanks And An Underground Tank, Specified In Detail In The Annex. No. 1 To The Template Agreement - Aboveground/Underground Tank (Hereinafter Referred To As Tanks) Located In The Locations Referred To In Chapter 2, Section 2 Swz, Estimated Quantity: 4,800,000 Liters. 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Diesel Oil Continuously In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Needs, Including, If Necessary, Also On Saturdays, Sundays And Holidays And On Other Public Holidays Within The Meaning Of The Act Of January 18, 1951 On Non-Working Days, Based On Orders Placed By The Ordering Party (Hereinafter Referred To As The Order) To Tanks Located In The Following Locations (Hereinafter Referred To As The Place Of Delivery): 1) In Poznań At Street Kolejowa 23 – 2 Above-Ground Tanks With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters Each, 2) In Wągrowiec At Ul. Leśna 1D – 1 Underground Tank With A Capacity Of 30,000 Liters, 3) In Leszno At Ul. Zacisze 15E – 1 Above-Ground Tank With A Capacity Of 5,000 Liters. 3. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Specify In The Order: Place Of Delivery, Date And Time Of Delivery And The Volume Of The Requested Delivery Of Diesel Fuel. Orders Will Be Placed Separately For Each Delivery Location, And Their Processing Time Will Be Between 6:00 A.M. And 4:00 P.M. 4. Due To Possible Difficulties In Access To: - The Tank In The Leszno Location, It Is Recommended To Make Deliveries Using A Tanker With A Capacity Of No More Than 20,000 Liters - Illustrative Photos Of The Access Route Are Included In Appendix No. 9 To The Swz, - Tanks In The Poznań Location - Illustrative Photos Of The Access Route Are Included In Appendix 10 To The Swz. 5. The Supplied Diesel Fuel Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Pn-En 590:2022-08 Standard And Meet The Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment Of June 26, 2024 On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1018), 6. The Ordering Party Informs That The Purchased Diesel Fuel Will Be Used Only For Its Own Purposes.
