Payroll Administration Is Currently Outsourced To An External Party, Which Carries Out This Work For Approximately 10 To 12 Hours Per Week And, If Necessary, Ad Hoc Consultancy Services. This Party Is Responsible For The Periodic Payroll Processing And Related Activities As Described In Appendix F - Activities. The Personnel Administration Is Housed Within The Hr Team, Part Of The Hr & Organizational Development Department, And Is Carried Out By Three Part-Time Employees. They Are Responsible For Supplying, Checking And Processing Various Personnel Changes. The Afas System Has Been Used Since January 2023. A Large Part Of The Hr And Payroll Processes Are Organized Via Workflows Within This System. This Ensures A Structured And Digitalized Working Method, But Also Requires Specific System Knowledge And Support. This Assignment Is A Framework Agreement With A Total Estimated Value Of € 203,000 Excluding Vat Over The Entire Duration Of The Agreement Of 4 Years (Including Extension Options).
