With This Call For Tenders, Luks Is Looking For Providers Who Are Able To Provide Sailpoint Iiq Support For Luks And Who Can Provide Luks With Expert Know-How About Sailpoint Iiq On Demand, Based On A Service And Support Contract. The Latter Has A Term Of 5 Years, Including The Possibility Of An Annual Extension Up To A Maximum Term Of 8 Years, And, In Addition To The Support Services And The Hourly Rates For The Various Profiles Made Available, It Regulates The Uniform Hourly Rate For All Profiles As Well As The Provision Of An Spoc For The Luks, Through Which All Of The Lukss Inquiries And Concerns Relating To The Topics Regulated Therein Are Handled. Out-Of-Scope Of Procurement The Licenses And Software Maintenance For Sailpoint Iiq Are Not Part Of This Tender.
