The Detailed Scope, Type, Parameters And Quantities Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Are Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 2. Delivery Terms. 2.1. Upon The Ordering Partys Orders, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell And Deliver Elements Of The Subject Of The Order Successively During The Contract Period, In Batches (Maximum 30 Batches), Within 14 Calendar Days From The Date Of Placing The Order By The Ordering Party. 2.2. The Number And Type Of Individual Elements Of The Subject Of The Order That Will Be Sold And Delivered In One Batch Depend On The Needs Of The Ordering Party And Will Be Specified In The Order Referred To In Point 4.1. 2.3. The Ordering Party Will Submit Orders To The Contractor By E-Mail. 2.4.
