Software-Related Services - Subscription For A Service For Conducting Campaigns To Check The Resistance Of The Information Infrastructure Of The Directorate General Of Internal Affairs And Communications Against Cyberattacks. 1.1. ​​​​​​​​​The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Tests To Verify The Stability (Pen Tests) Of The Information Infrastructure Of The Dp Rvd Against Cyber Attacks Through A Platform (Hardware And Software) Based On Artificial Intelligence. Penn Tests Will Be External And Internal. External Pen Tests Will Be Conducted Through A Separate Instance Of The Platform (Hardware And Software) Operated By The Contractor Outside The Perimeter Of The Employer. Internal Pen Tests Will Be Performed By Employees Of The Employer Using A Platform (Hardware And Software) That Will Be Installed On Site At The Dp Rvd. The Contractor Will Provide For Use Software Necessary For The Operation Of The Platform, As Well As Perform Maintenance Of The Platform And Updating Of The Software. The Platform Through Which The Tests Will Be Performed Should Meet All The Requirements Of The Employers Specified In This Technical Specification. 1.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Necessary Hardware, As Well As The Installation, Configuration And Testing Of The Platform Based On Artificial Intelligence (Ai) With The Possibility Of Automated And Autonomous Checks (Without Human Intervention), As Well As With The Possibility Of Human-Controlled Checks, With Which Internal Tests Will Be Carried Out By Trained Employees Of The Employer. 1.3. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Training Of The Employers Employees To Work With The Platform.
