Request for Proposal for Truman Bodden Sports Complex (Tbsc) Field Refurbishment, Drainage & Irrigation Systems Upgrade The Contractor Shall Undertake The Complete Renovation Of The Existing Natural Turf Soccer Field At The Truman Bodden Sports Complex To Achieve Fifa Quality Performance Standards. The Works Shall Include, But Not Be Limited To, The Following: • Earthworks, Including Excavation, Grading, And Subgrade Preparation; • Installation Of A Comprehensive Subsurface Drainage System; • Supply And Placement Of An Engineered Sand-Based Growing Medium In Accordance With The Approved Design; • Supply, Installation, Testing, And Commissioning Of A Premium Programmable Automatic Irrigation System; • Establishment Of A Natural Turf Playing Surface Using Certified Bermuda ‘Celebration’ Turfgrass, Installed By Sprigging Material Sourced From Certified Growers In The Southeastern United States; And • All Associated Works Necessary To Deliver A Completed Natural Grass Soccer Field Meeting The Performance Requirements Of The Fifa Quality Programme For Natural Turf
