The SDK shall support multiple deployment models, including: Operator-hosted deployment National sovereign cloud deployment Regional deployment Smart Africa sandbox environment for testing and certification Objective 3 Develop the AI Trust Scoring Engine Design, train, validate, and document an explainable Artificial Intelligence model capable of generating transaction trust scores using anonymized transaction metadata while minimizing bias and maintaining transparency. The AI model shall support continuous improvement through future model updates and governance processes. Objective 4 Validate the Solution Pilot the TRUST SDK in collaboration with participating institutions using anonymized transaction datasets and demonstrate the technical, operational, and governance feasibility of the proposed solution. Validation shall include technical performance, interoperability, explainability, scalability, security, and operational usability. Objective 5 Establish Governance Develop the governance framework required for sustainable adoption of the TRUST SDK, including: deployment guidance; model governance; version management; operator onboarding; certification mechanisms; monitoring; telemetry; lifecycle management; and operational support. Objective 6 Transfer Knowledge Transfer the complete solution, including source code, technical documentation, deployment guidance, training materials, and operational knowledge, to Smart Africa to enable long-term ownership, maintenance, and future scaling Tender Link : https://www.developmentaid.org/#!/tenders/search
