The Reconstruction Includes, In Particular, Layout And Structural Modifications Of The Cultural Center And Clubhouse, Roof Reconstruction, Renovation Of Internal Spaces And Technical Installations, Replacement Of Opening Fillings, Addition Of Air Conditioning, Heating And Service Elevator, Provision Of Barrier-Free Access, Modification Of The Adjacent Public Space And Implementation Of The Rainwater Accumulation And Absorption System.Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Execution Of All Tests, Revisions, Measurements And Other Actions Necessary For The Proper Completion And Use Of The Building, Including The Provision Of Test Operation To The Extent Required By The Planning Permit, The Execution Of Control Noise Measurements, The Provision Of The Necessary Opinion Of The Regional Hygienic Station Of The Vysočina Region And The Provision Of Cooperation And The Execution Of Actions Required For The Issuance Of A Valid Approval Decision.The Inspection Of The Site Of The Future Construction Will Take Place On September 9, 2026.
