The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Construction Work And Related Supplies And Services Consisting Of The Realization Of The Modernization Of The Sports Complex In The Town Of Vodňany In The South Bohemian Region Using The Design & Build Method. The Subject Of Public Procurement Is Therefore Also Design Work. The Architectural And Structural Solution Is Described In More Detail In The Project Documentation Entitled: Modernization Of The Vodňany Sports Complex, Which Is Part Of This Tender Documentation As Annex No. 2 And Further In The Specification And Requirements For Changes, Which Are Another Part Of This Tender Documentation As Annex No. 3. The Construction Of The Sports Complex Is Divided Into The Following Building Objects And Technological Equipment: So01 – Modernization Of Soccer Field, Drainage System And Accessories So02 – Athletic Oval With Drainage So03 – Irrigation System So04 – Lighting Of The Playing Area So05 – Fence Of Area Part Of The Subject Of The Performance Of The Public Contract Is, In Particular: Project Documentation, Which Will Include The Following Parts: - Documentation For Changing Planning Permission, Including Obtaining Planning Permission, - Documentation For Building Construction Incl. Detailed Itemized Budget, - Documentation Of The Actual Execution Of The Construction Incl. Geometric Plan And Orientation Of The Actual Design Of The Building, - Operational Documentation, - Documentation For The Needs Of The Cadastral Office. Provision Of Engineering Services Including Approval; Construction Consisting In The Implementation Of The Modernization Of The Sports Complex In The Town Of Vodňany In The South Bohemian Region, I.E. The Execution Of Construction Works And Technological Objects In Accordance With The Tender Documents.
