Bids Are Invited For Rcsa For Executive Coaching Services

The Province Invites Interested Suppliers To Submit Responses For The Provision Of Executive Coaching Services To Be Provided To Individual Purchasers On An As, If, And When Requested Basis. The Services Will Be Accessed Through A Corporate Supply Arrangement - Closed Framework (“Csa”) Established With The Province, On Substantially The Terms And Conditions Set Out In Schedule A. The Csa With The Province, Establishes, Among Other Things, Purchasers’ Access To Services, As Described In Section 4 Of This Rcsa.The Province Is Seeking Qualified Executive Coaches To Provide Executive Coaching Services And, Optionally, 360 Assessments To Employees At The Executive Level Within Government (E.G., Deputy Ministers, Associate Deputy Ministers, Assistant Deputy Ministers, And Executive Leads). The Province Is Also Seeking Qualified Executive Coaches That Have Lived Experience Or Experience Coaching Indigenous Leaders, As Well As Executive Coaches With Experience Coaching Clients From Diverse Backgrounds And Equity-Deserving Groups. Lived Experience Refers To The Firsthand Knowledge, Insights, And Understanding That Individuals Gain Through Their Personal Life Experiences.The Scope Of This Opportunity Is Further Described In Section 5 Below And Schedule B To This Rcsa.The Province Intends To Enter Into Csas With The Respondents That Propose The Top 25 Highest Ranked Executive Coaches.A Respondent May Be An Individual Person Proposing Themselves As An Executive Coach Or A Single Enterprise Proposing Any Number Of Executive Coaches, In Which Case Each Proposed Executive Coach Should Be Proposed Through A Separate Response. Purchasers Of The Services Offered Through Csas Are Anticipated To Include Several Individual Offices Within Various Ministries And Agencies Of The Province And May Include Public Sector Entities. A List Of The Public Sector Entities That May Use The Csas Resulting From This Request Is Posted On The Province’S Goods & Services Catalogue Website At Https://Www2.Gov.Bc.Ca/Gov/Content/Bc-Procurement-Resources/Buy-For-Government/Goods-And-Services-Catalogue/Supply-Arrangements-Faq/Csa-Users-List. The Participation Of A Specific Listed Public Sector Entity Will Be At The Option Of The Public Sector Entity. Respondents Should Only Submit A Response If They Will Accept Service Requests From Any Of The Entities Listed And, From Such Eligible Organizations As May Be Qualified By The Ministry Of Citizens’ Services, Procurement Services Branch (Psb) And Added To The List From Time To Time. Pricing For Csas Will Be Accessible On This Same Website But Through A Password-Restricted Environment Accessible To All Employees Of The Province, And Any Public Sector Entities That Have Been Authorized Access To Pricing For Csas.The Term Of A Resulting Csa Is To Be Three (3) Years, With Three (3) One-Year Options To Extend.
