Corrigendum - Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Scale Inhibitor

Tenders are invited for Provision of Scale Inhibitor for CPF. Tender by: AL-Waha Petroleum Company Limited, a company as the Contractor and Operator cooperating with Midland Oil Company, Ministry of Oil, Iraq for the execution of Development and Production Service Contract (SDPC) re-signed on November 10th, 2008. At present, oilfield exploration and development, production and surface engineering construction are carried out in Iraq. 1.Scope of Work: Al-Waha intends to seek one (1) qualified bidder with the necessary certifications, extensive experience and performance to provide scale inhibitor for CPF. The bidder shall supply and deliver the scale inhibitor required to meet the operational needs of the oilfield. The scope of work includes the supply and delivery scale inhibitor in accordance with the technical and commercial requirements specified in the Bidding Documents. Detailed requirements are provided in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 2.The winner of the tender shall bear a one-time newspaper advertising fee. 3.The amount of bid bond shall be USD50,000/- and valid for one year counting from bid closing date in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by a bank registered in the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) electronic platform or certified check. 4.The type of tender is a Public Tender in accordance with the Standard Contract and Procurement Procedure (SCPP) for Licensing Rounds Contracts. 5.If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit a Letter of Intent to obtain the ITB documents and submit the proposal before Iraq time 4:00 PM on 14 September 2026. 6.All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed separately before Iraq time 4:00 PM on 14 September 2026.
