Tenders Are Invited For Selection Procedure Vonderpad In Gieterveen (Sub-Area 1)

The Municipality Of Aa En Hunze (The Municipality) Intends To Start Developing A New Residential Area In Gieterveen, Located Behind The Vonderpad. A Maximum Of 40 Homes Will Be Built In This Area, With A Clear Urban Development Structure That Fits In With The Surrounding Peat Colonial Landscape. As Part Of This Area Development, The Municipality Wants To Sell Plots For Housing. In Addition To Project-Based Issuance, Cooperation Has Been Sought With Housing Association De Volmacht. This Concerns 12 Terraced Houses On Plots Of Approximately 180 To 250 M² And 6 Semi-Detached Houses On Plots Of Approximately 250 To 300 M² (Part 1 In The Image Below. Of These 12 Terraced Houses, 8 Terraced Houses Are Intended For De Volmacht And 4 Terraced Houses For The Municipality. In Order To Develop This Project As One Coherent Whole, The Municipality Has Decided To Organize A Selection Procedure And Appoint A Developer With To Contract Architect(S) For An Integrated Area Development Of 18 Homes
