The Municipality Of Aa En Hunze (The Municipality) Intends To Start Developing A New Residential Area In Gieterveen, Located Behind The Vonderpad. A Maximum Of 40 Homes Will Be Built In This Area, With A Clear Urban Development Structure That Fits In With The Surrounding Peat Colonial Landscape. As Part Of This Area Development, The Municipality Wants To Sell 18 Plots For Housing. This Concerns 18 Semi-Detached Houses On Plots Of Approximately 250 To 300 M² (Part 2 In The Image Below). In Order To Develop This Project As One Coherent Whole, The Municipality Has Decided To Organize A Selection Procedure And To Contract A Developer With Architect(S) For Integrated Area Development. 18 Semi-Detached Houses
