It Has 11 Main Goals That Form The Basis Of The Municipalitys Development. In Addition, It Includes A Long-Term Area Strategy For The Period 2023 – 2043. The Community Part With Area Strategy Provides A Framework For The Work With The Area Part Of The Municipal Plan. The Work With The Current Area Part Was Started In 2012 And It Was Adopted In December 2014. Since Then, Major Changes Have Taken Place Both Within The Municipality And In Relation To National, Regional And Local Guidelines And Legislation. Ongoing Work On The New Area Is Therefore Extensive. The Planning Program For The New Area Was Adopted On 16 December 2025. The Municipality Is Now In The Process Of Preparing The Plan Proposal For The Area Section, And Has An Ambitious Goal Of Putting The Proposal Out For Consultation In December 2026. The New Kpa Must Contain Area That Is Currently Included In The Municipal Section Plan For Gaula, And A Comprehensive Plan Wash Of The Municipalitys Adopted Zoning Plans Must Be Carried Out.
