Sansia Oy Tenders Carpentry Work For The Maintenance And Investment Works Of Properties Owned By The Customer. The Customers In The Procurement Are Kuopio Ev.Lut. Parish Union, Leppävirta Municipality And The City Of Varkaus. The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 1 January 2027 - 31 December 2029. The Procurement Includes A One-Year Option For The Period 1.1.2030 - 31.12.2030. The Procurement Is Divided Into Three Parts, The Offer Can Be Submitted In One Or More Parts: * Part 1. Carpentry Works, Kuopio Ev.Lut. Congregation Association* Part 2. Carpentry Jobs, Leppävirta * Part 3. Carpentry Jobs, Varkaus If Not Enough Bids Are Received Or Bids Have To Be Rejected, The Number Of Selected Suppliers May Be Less By Sub-Area. A Framework Arrangement Is Established With The Selected Suppliers. Based On The Procurement Contract, The Customer Places Orders With The Suppliers, The Duration And Possible Details Of The Order Are Determined According To The Customers Needs. If The Anticipated Value And Maximum Value Of The Purchase Has Been Reached Before The End Of The Fixed-Term Contract Or The Option Period That May Have Been Introduced, The Framework Arrangement Ends. In This Case, The Supplier Does Not Have Any Demands Towards The Customer Or The Customer. The Request For Quotation Applies To The Customers Real Estate And Premises, As Well As Separately Defined (Mainly Small And/Or Vague From The Point Of View Of Contract Calculation) Work Performance/Complexes Carried Out In Them During The Contract Period.
