On June 15, 2026, The Pori City Council Has Decided, In Accordance With §104, To Start An Indoor Exercise And Event Space Project, Where The Facilities Will Be Realized On The Site Of The Former Pori Bus Station, Including The Investigation Of Parking Possibilities And The Likely Implementation. In Order To Promote The Preparation Of The Construction Project, The Project Management Of The Construction Unit Of The Technical Industry Of The City Of Pori Is Bidding For The Acquisition Of A Partner For The Needs Assessment And Project Plan Phase Of The Project As A Public Procurement Exceeding The National Threshold Value. The Goal Of The Procurement Is To Find A Consulting Partner Who Will Act As A Document Preparer And Content Producer, Compiler And Facilitator Of Participation During The Needs Assessment And Project Plan Phases, Supporting The Staff And Trustees Of The City Of Pori, Offering Significant Added Value For The Advancement Of The Project With Their Expertise And Experience. The Partners Tasks Also Include The Preparation Of The Historical Construction Survey Of The Former Bus Station. In Its Offer, The Tenderer Presents A Project Team/Group, Which Can Be An Entity Made Up Of One Or More Companies. The Procurement Unit Enters Into An Agreement With The Bidder, Who Leads And Is Responsible For The Activities Of His Project Team, All Towards The Customer. 6 Months Are Reserved For The Preparation Of The Needs Statement And 12 Months For The Preparation Of The Project Plan, Including All Participation And Decision-Making. The Assignment Must Be Able To Be Completed Within This Schedule, Which Must Be Taken Into Account When Naming The Bidders Project Team.
