In The Bid, The Construction Supervisor And The Safety Coordinator Must Be Different People. The Request For Tender And The Assignment Include The Following Consultations: 1) Construction Technical Work Supervision (A Different Person Than The Safety Coordinator) 2) Safety Coordination (A Different Person Than The Construction Technical Work Supervisor) 3) Moisture Management Coordination Additional Procurement Opportunity (Option): 4) P1-Cleanliness Management Coordination Assignment Schedule:- Procurement Decision 9/2026- Assignment Starts 11/2026- New Building (Partial) Reception 8/2028 (Estimate) - Reception 11/2028 (Estimate), It Is Anticipated That The Completion Of The Yard May Take Until Summer 2029 - Warranty Period 7 Years 3) General Meeting Practices: - The Supervisor And Coordinator(S) Participate In The Projects Project Group And Other Planning Meetings, Where The Plans Concerning The Supervisor/Coordinator (In More Detail, Appendices 03 And 10).- The Supervisor And Coordinator(S) Regularly Participates In All Site Meetings Organized By The Customer/Builder (See Exceptions In Appendix 03). - The Supervisor/Coordinator Will Provide A Situation Description To The Customer For The Site Meetings.- The Site Meetings Are Basically Held Every 4 Weeks.- The Projects Other (Inspections, Etc.) On-Site Meetings, Approximately 6, Participation Obligation When Invited/As Needed. - Contractor Meetings, Approximately 1 Time / Week, Participates In Weekly Contractor Meetings Held By The Contractor.- The Assignment Is Not Scope-Based.- The Supervisor/Coordinator Participates In The Meetings Required By The Building Control Authority. A Total Of Four (4) Meetings Are Taken Into Account In The Offer (E.G. Advance Negotiations (2 Pcs.), Site Opening Meeting And Final Inspection).
