The Contract Includes, Among Other Things; The Bearings Will Be Renewed, The Cracked Concrete Beam Will Be Repaired And The Seams Of The Elements Will Be Renewed. In Addition To The Works According To The Plans Mentioned In The List Of Documents, The Contract Includes Site Management Duties And Site Services. Any Harm Caused By The Works In Accordance With These Programs Does Not Entitle The Contractor To Additional Compensation. The Builder Is The Public Areas Service Of The City Of Helsinkis Urban Environment Department, Which Also Acts As A Customer In Accordance With Yse 98.
