Work Detail
The Measure Involves The New G9 Extension To The Freiherr-Vom-Steingymnasium In Leverkusen-Schlebusch. The New Building Has A Basement To Accommodate The Technology (Ventilation And Heating Center). Approximately Half Of The Ground Floor Is Single-Story, While The Other Half Is Covered By An Upper Floor. The New Building Has A Total Of 12 Classrooms, Which Consist Of 10 Classrooms, A Multi-Purpose Room And A Science Room. In Addition, Five Classrooms Are Assigned A Differentiation Room Right Next Door, Where Work Can Be Done In Smaller Groups. The Ground And Upper Floors Contain A Large Central Learning Zone, Which Is Surrounded By The Individual Classrooms. The Building Also Has A Teachers Room, Various Preparation And Office Rooms. On The Ground Floor There Is A Student, A Teacher And A Disabled Toilet. The Upper Floor Only Has One Student Toilet. All Classrooms Have A Washbasin. The Science Room Is Equipped On Site. The Heating And Plumbing Trade Only Provides The Piping Infrastructure According To The Laboratory Planning. The Building Receives A Central Ventilation System (Ug) For Ventilation Of The Rooms. The Shafts Of The Ventilation Trade Are Used By The Electrical, Heating And Plumbing Trades To Lay The Riser Pipes In Order To Lead The Pipes From The Basement To The Ground Floor Or Upper Floor. The Shafts Are Assigned To The Ventilation Center In Terms Of Fire Protection, So That Fire Barriers Are Only Necessary In The Shaft Walls And Not In The Ceiling. The Existing Local Heating Network, Which Is Equipped With District Heating, Will Be Expanded To Heat The New Building. The Underground Pipes Are Introduced Into The Building In The Basement By The Civil Engineering Trade. The Local Heating Pipe Flows Into A Heating Distributor With Five Heating Circuits (3X Fbh, 1Xhk, 1X Ventilation). The Building Is Largely Equipped With Underfloor Heating. Only The Side Rooms (Toilet Rooms And Stairwell) Have Radiators. The Underfloor Heating Distributors Are Integrated Into The Built-In Cupboards In The Classrooms. The Hydraulic Balancing Of The Heating Network Is Carried Out Using Balancing Valves Directly In Front Of The Underfloor Heating Distributors. While The Later Fine-Tuning Of The Individual Circuits Is Set On The Underfloor Heating Distributor Itself.
