Its Main Objectives Are: -Maintain The Facilities In Perfect Operating And Conservation Condition.-Update And Maintain The Existing Inventory And Technical Documentation Of The Facilities.-Perform The Revisions Of The Facilities According To The Current Applicable Regulations.-Carry Out All Maintenance, Prevention And Correction Actions To Comply With The Applicable Regulations Regarding Control And Prevention Of Legionella, As Well As The Drafting Of New Regulatory Protocols (Ppcl) For Those Sources That Do Not Have And For Irrigation Systems.-Plan And Execute Actions In Accordance With The Municipal Green Urban Master Plan.-Solve Any Incidents And Breakdowns That May Occur, With The Minimum Time Possible. -Adapt The Facilities To The Applicable Regulations. In Order To Guarantee A Correct Execution Of The Service In Accordance With The Object Of The Contract, The Following Services Will Be Included: - Service P1, Preventive And Regulatory Maintenance Of The Facilities. - Service P2, Corrective Maintenance, Breakdowns And Incidents Of The Facilities. The Main Service Of The Contract It Will Be The Correspondent To The Services (Preventive Maintenance And Part Of The Corrective) In Front Of The Supplies (Part Of The Corrective Maintenance), Since The Estimated Value Of The Preventive Maintenance Services Is Greater, So Its Preparation And Award Will Be Determined In Accordance With The Established For The Service Contracts, With The Conditions Indicated In The Lcsp.
