Welfare Services For The Handicapped – “Service For Providing Support For The Socio-Occupational Inclusion Of People With Autism Spectrum Disorder”. The Service Contract Is A Specific Technical Initiative Aimed At Promoting The Socio-Occupational Inclusion Of People With Autism Spectrum Disorder (Hereinafter Asd), In Preferably Ordinary Environments, Through The Organization And Management Of A Support Provision Service. This Will Be Implemented Through A Support Provision Methodology, In Two Large Areas Of Intervention: A. Provision Of Individualized Support To Participating People, To Improve Their Socioeconomic Participation, Intervening In This Through: • The Consensual Development Of An Individualized Plan. • The Development Of Personal Skills For Independent Living And Socio-Labor Participation In Community Environments, Especially To Get A Job And Stay In It. • Labor Training Orientation. • Carrying Out Support And Advice Actions For The Active Search For Employment And Access To Community Resources. • Intervention At Different Levels Of Support Depending On The Personal Characteristics Of Each Participant. B. Generation Of Contracting And Social Participation Opportunities. The Awarding Entity Will Be In Charge Of Facilitating And Creating Participation Opportunities, Aligned With The Objectives Of Each Participant. To Do This, It Will Carry Out Actions To Search For Community Resources, Job Offers, Training And Other Activities. In Addition, It Will Carry Out Awareness-Raising Tasks Aimed At Community Resources, Especially The Business Community, In Order To Transmit The Potential Of People With Autism Spectrum Disorder As Active Members Of Society And As A Workforce).
