The Subject Of The Order Is Comprehensive Preparation And Organization Of The Gala Of The 17Th Edition Of The Economic Award Of The Małopolska Voivodeship 2026. The Gala Will Be Organized In The Małopolska Voivodeship In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. The Gala Is To Be The Ceremonial Culmination Of The 17Th Edition Of The Economic Award Of The Małopolska Voivodeship 2026. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz) Is Attached As Annex No. 1D To The Swz And Will Be Included As An Annex To The Public Procurement Contract. 3. The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Public Procurement Contract - Contract Template And Constitute Annex No. 1C To The Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Template). 4. As Part Of The Order, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Transfer The Proprietary Copyrights To Materials Created As Part Of The Order To The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Contract Template. 5.
