Data Transmission Services – Federal City Of Bonn, Udp Migration Support Work Package As Part Of The Urban Data Management (Udm) Project. The Implementation Phase Of The Urban Data Platform (Udp) And Migration Geoinformation System (Gis) Project Began In September 2024. The Federal City Of Bonn Relies On The Open Source Project Civitas Core To Build The Udp. The Universal Urban Data App Addon Provides The Basics That Allow Applications From The Old Gis To Be Migrated To Udp. During The Design Phase Of The Project, Approximately 300 Applications Were Identified To Be Migrated. 80 Percent Of These Applications Support The Implementation Of Statutory Benefits. Since The Previous Gis Can No Longer Be Operated, The Migration Must Be Completed As Quickly As Possible. A Valid Estimate Determines A Total Effort Of 5197 Person Days (Pt). This Effort Will Mainly Be Carried Out By Internal Employees In The Three Areas Of Requirements Clarification, Development And Support. In The Award, Support Services Amounting To Roughly 650 Pt Are To Be Purchased By 2028. Due To The Increasing Support Provided By Ai, The Client Assumes That The Migration Time Can Be Significantly Reduced. The Focus Of The Award Is On Providing Support Services Using Udps Existing Platform Tools. The Migration Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Existing Bonn Guide Lines Of The Respective Trades Such As Data Modeling, Geoserver Configuration, Universal Urban Data Addon Configuration, Master Portal Configuration. Independent Development Work On The Tools Of The Platform Itself Is Not Provided For Within The Scope Of The Order, Or Only To A Very Limited Extent And Only After Prior Agreement.
