Construction Work – Framework Agreement For Cable Work In Stockholms Tunnels. Ellevio Carry Out A Procurement Of A Framework Agreement For Cable Works In Stockholms Tunnels. The Procurement Includes Work Within Security-Sensitive Operations And Will Place Special Requirements On, Among Other Things, Security Protection, Competence And Execution Ability. The Framework Agreement Will Cover Works Of Varying Scope, Technical Complexity And Voltage Levels, Mainly 33, 110 And 220 Kv. Ellevio Will Provide Cable As Well As Splices And Cable Terminations For 110 Kv And 220 Kv. All Other Material Required For The Complete Implementation Of The Contracts Must Be Included In The Contractors Commitment. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Competitive Dialogue According To The Law (2016:1146) On Procurement In The Supply Sectors (Luf). In This First Step, Suppliers Apply To Participate In The Procurement. The Suppliers Who Meet The Qualification Requirements And Are Selected Will Be Invited To Dialogue. During The Dialogue Phase, Ellevio And Participating Suppliers Will Discuss, Among Other Things, The Design Of The Framework Agreement, Call-Off Model, Delivery Obligation, Capacity And Resources As Well As Technical And Commercial Conditions. The Term Of The Framework Agreement Is Tentatively Planned To Be 5 Years, With The Possibility For The Client To Extend The Agreement Three Times In 12 Months.
