Financial Leasing Services - Delivery In The Form Of Operational Leasing Of A New Specialized Vehicle For Waste Collection - Garbage Truck, Year Of Production 2026, For The Needs Of Rpziuk Sp. Z O. O. In Kielce. 1. Operating Leasing Within The Meaning Of The Corporate Income Tax Act And The Personal Income Tax Act With The Option Of Purchase By The Lessee For 1% Of The Net Value Of The Car + Vat After The End Of The Leasing Contract, Provided That All Receivables Under The Leasing Contract Are Settled. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Purchase The Leased Object If The Condition Referred To In The Preceding Sentence Is Met. 2. The Ordering Party Agrees To The Standard Redemption Process Used By The Financing Party, I.E. Submitting An Irrevocable Offer In The Leasing Agreement To Purchase The Leased Object After The Expiry Of The Leasing Period For The Final Value And Paying The Redemption Fee Within 30 Days Of Payment Of The Last Leasing Installment. 3. Delivery Of The Car Described In Annex No. 2 Swz To The Lessees Office, All Costs Related To The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order (Delivery Costs, Transport, Etc.) Are Borne By The Contractor. 4. Providing Financing In The Form Of Operational Leasing On The Following Terms: 1) Initial Fee Of 10% Of The Net Value + Vat Of The Vehicle, Payable Within 14 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Leasing Agreement, 2) Fixed Interest Rate - 59 Equal Leasing Installments Will Not Change During The Duration Of The Leasing Agreement. The Installments Will Be Payable On The Dates (By The 25Th Of Each Month) Resulting From The Payment Schedule, Which Will Be An Annex To The Leasing Agreement. The First Leasing Installment Will Be Paid Within 30 Days From The Date Of Delivery Of The Leased Item. 3) The Vehicle Will Be Purchased For A Price Equal To Its Final Value (1% Net + Vat) Within 30 Days From The Date Of Payment Of The Last 59Th Leasing Installment. 5. The Contractor Ensures: 1) On The Day Of Delivery, The Supplier Will Train Future Users Free Of Charge In The Operation And Maintenance Of The Delivered Vehicle (2 Drivers And 2 Loaders). 2) The Supplier Guarantees That The Leased Item (A New Specialized Waste Collection Vehicle - Garbage Truck) Is Free From Construction, Material, Workmanship And Legal Defects. 3) On The Day Of Receipt Of The Equipment In Question, The Supplier Will Provide The Ordering Party With Documents Specifying The Service Conditions, Operating Instructions, Technical Inspection And Approval Documents.
