The Administrative Needs And Factors Of All Kinds To Be Satisfied Through The Contract Find Their Reason For Being In The Collaboration Agreement Signed Between The Pozoblanco City Council And The Provincial Institute Of Social Welfare (Ipbs) For The Shared Management Of The Home Help Service In The Municipality, In The Terms Provided For In The Regulation For The Management Of The Provincial Public Service Of Home Help, By Virtue Of Which It Is Up To This City Council To Materially Execute The Actions Of A Personal Nature And Household Needs Provided For In The Social Intervention Project. (Priso); All Of This In Accordance With The Terms Of Article 51 Of Law 9/2016, Of December 27, On Social Services Of Andalusia, Which Attributes To The Provincial Councils The Management Of Community Social Services In The Municipalities Of The Province In Accordance With The Provisions Of Law 5/2010, Of June 11, On Local Autonomy Of Andalusia, Whose Development Through The Order Of July 27, 2023, Of The Ministry Of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families And Equality, Which Regulates The Home Help Service In The Autonomous Community Of Andalusia, Assigns Said Competence To The Provincial Councils For The Management Of The Service In Municipalities With A Population Of Less Than 20,000 Inhabitants, Allowing Them To Sign Collaboration Agreements With The Town Councils In Their Territorial Area For The Provision Of The Service.
