Tenders are invited for Provision of Security Guard Services Service Location: Gaza Strip TENDER ADVERTISEMENT Ref: FY27-SA0016-FWA-SECURITY GUARD SERVICES Provision of Security Guard Services under a Framework Agreement Gaza CARE International in Palestine invites qualified and experienced security service providers to submit proposals for the Provision of Security Guard Services under a Framework Agreement (FWA) in Gaza. CARE International operates humanitarian and development programmers in Palestine and requires reliable security guard services for its offices, clinics, warehouses, and other operational premises in Gaza. The purpose of this tender is to establish a Framework Agreement with one or more qualified security service providers capable of providing professional, trained, and reliable security personnel on an as-needed basis. The selected service provider(s) will be required to: Assign qualified and trained security guards according to CAREs requirements. Provide continuous security coverage and ensure continuous support coverage. Provide replacement guards for absences and emergencies. Provide adequate supervision and monitoring of deployed personnel. Respond promptly to changes in locations, staffing levels, working hours, and shift requirements. Provide security coverage for offices, clinics, warehouses, and other operational sites as required. Maintain appropriate incident reporting and emergency communication procedures. Comply with CAREs safeguarding, code of conduct, security, and operational requirements. The Framework Agreement is intended to provide flexibility to adjust the number of guards, locations and working hours according to CAREs operational needs throughout the agreement period.
