Request for proposals for Climate Change Law Project Researcher Closing Date: Friday, 11. Sep 2026 Intervention Sector(s): Environment The Lebanese American University (LAU), through its Office for Sustainability (OfS), invites qualified individual consultants to submit proposals for the provision of professional consultancy services to support the implementation of the project for the development of Lebanons climate change law. The assignment is implemented by the HBDT-LAU consortium in coordination with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Ministry of Environment. The consultancy will provide project support to the Project Manager across the different phases of the assignment, with particular emphasis on research, coordination, documentation, stakeholder follow-up, meeting and consultation support, logistics, reporting, and implementation tracking. The consultant will contribute to ensuring that project activities, consultations, deliverables, and reporting requirements are properly coordinated, documented, and implemented in accordance with the agreed workplan and project timeline. This tender consists of two main sections. Section A details the required professional services, scope of work, deliverables, and period and location of performance. Section B outlines the eligibility requirements, proposal submission requirements, evaluation criteria, and other procurement conditions. Consultants are requested to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements and instructions set out in this Request for Proposal and within the specified deadline. Only proposals that comply with the tender requirements will be considered.
