Tenders are invited for Video Production and Case Study of Consultant Ecosystem Restoration and Community Resilience Building through Agroecological Practices and Community Governance in Nokor Pheas Commune, Angkor Chum District, Siem Reap Province 2. Objective of the Assignment The objective of recruiting this consultancy is to produce a concise and professional project documentary video and one written case study that clearly communicate the projects achievements, community impacts, lessons learned, and good practices. The assignment will focus on agroecology, ecosystem restoration, green enterprise development, community participation, gender inclusion, and livelihood improvement. 1 3. Scope of Work The Consultant shall carry out the following tasks: 1. Review relevant project documents, including the project proposal, logical framework, progress updates, and available activity reports, to understand the project objectives, results, and key messages. 2. Prepare a simple production plan, including key messages, interview list, filming schedule, proposed locations, and storyline for the video and case study. 3. Conduct field documentation in Nokor Pheas Commune, including video footage, interviews, photos, and supporting visuals of selected project activities and results. 4. Document key project interventions and stories, including agroecological farming, home gardens, community pond restoration, tree planting, ecosystem restoration, community governance, green enterprise development, womens participation, livelihood improvement, and lessons learned. 5. Produce and submit the final outputs to PADEK, including one edited documentary video of approximately 810 minutes, one written case study of approximately 35 pages, selected photos, and relevant raw materials.
