The participation fee for bidding is Mk 10,000.00 which will not be refunded (Payable to Thyolo District Council`s Cash Office) followed by the collection of the document from the address indicated below starting from 28th August 2026 during working hours. 6. Sealed bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 16th September 2026, 10:30 am hours. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid submission sheet. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend on 16th September 2026, 10:30 am hours (local time). 7.
