COLLECTION OF DOCUMENTS Interested companies are to collect the Standard Bidding Document (SBD) from the office of the Director, Directorate of Procurement of the University between the hours of 8.30 a.m. and 4:00pm daily upon the presentation of the evidence of payment of a non-refundable tender fee of N10,000.00 paid into the Obafemi Awolowo Universitys Remita account in any reputable Commercial Bank in Nigeria. 5. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the technical and financial bids, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as Technical Bid or Financial Bid. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to the Vice-Chancellor, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife indicating clearly: Project Title and Project Description. Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated Tender Box in sealed envelope in the office of the Director of Procurement, Floor 5, Room 509. University Hall, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife, not later than 10am on Monday, 21st September, 2026. 6. OPENING OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS Only the technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline of submission at 10:00am on Monday, 21st September, 2026, in the Committee Room 05 of the University Hall in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept unopened.
