Refuse And Waste Related Services – Vz0249187: Onp Hazardous Waste Disposal For 2027+. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Collection And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste, Including The Fulfillment Of Legal Administrative Obligations Arising From The Waste Act And Related To The Collection And Disposal Of Hazardous Waste. The Subject Of The Order Will Be The Regular Acceptance Of Hazardous Waste Listed In Appendix No. 1 Of The Procurement Documentation From The Customer. These Are Wastes With Codes According To Decree No. 8/2021 Coll., On The Catalog Of Waste And Assessment Of Waste Properties (Waste Catalog), As Specified In Appendix No. 1 Of This Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Waste Or Waste). The Supplier Will Take Over The Waste From The Client And Ensure Its Proper And Timely Disposal In Accordance With All Applicable Legal Regulations. The Types And Expected Amount Of Waste Are Listed In The Waste Overview Table. Part Of The Subject Of The Public Contract Is Also The Provision Of The Necessary Records In Accordance With Applicable Legislation And The Regular Submission Of Records Of Received Hazardous Waste To The Contracting Authority In The Form And Frequency In Accordance With Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste. The Supplier Will Perform The Services Within The Framework Of The Public Contract In Accordance With All Related Legal Regulations, In Particular In Accordance With Act No. 541/2020 Coll., On Waste, Act No. 111/1994 Coll., On Road Transport And The European Agreement On The International Carriage Of Dangerous Goods By Road (Adr).
