The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Comprehensive Services By The Contractor To The Ordering Party, Including The Implementation Of The Rfid-Hf Identification System By The Contractor In Accordance With The Price Form Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 2. The Service Will Be Provided By The Contractor In Relation To: 1) Laundry Assortment Owned By The Ordering Party, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Price Form - Table 1, 2) Laundry Assortment Leased By The Ordering Party From The Contractor Under The Option Right, On The Terms Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Swz And Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Price Form - Table 2. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To To Indicate In The Offer Form Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz The Address Of The Contractors Laundry And The Address Of The Backup Laundry Where Laundry Services Will Be Provided. 4. The Ordering Party Has Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz And Annex No. 6 To The Swz The Quality Requirements Relating At Least To The Main Elements Constituting The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Reserves The Obligation For The Contractor To Personally Perform The Key Tasks Of The Order In The Field Of Laundry Services, Including The Implementation Of The Rfid-Hf Identification System. In The Remaining Scope, The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor - Art. 462 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law If The Contractor Intends To Entrust The Performance Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor, He Should Indicate The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance He Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors (Article 462(2) Of The Public Procurement Law) And The Names Of Any Subcontractors (If Known). The Required Information About Subcontractors (If Applicable) Is Provided By The Contractor In The Bid Form. If The Contractor Does Not Indicate The Part Of The Order Whose Execution Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, The Ordering Party Will Assume That The Entire Order Will Be Performed By The Contractor Himself. The Ordering Party Will Not Examine Whether The Subcontractor/Subcontractors Are Subject To The Grounds For Exclusion Specified In Chapter Vi Of The Swz. Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Order To Subcontractors Does Not Release The Contractor From Responsibility For The Proper Performance Of The Order.
