As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To: A) Deliver The Medical Equipment Constituting The Subject Of The Contract Together With The Documents Required In The Swz To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, B) Install The Medical Equipment In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, C) Install And Start Up The Medical Equipment And Confirm The Efficiency Of The Delivered Devices, D) Instruct The Ordering Partys Staff In The Operation And Rational Operation Of The Supplied Medical Equipment, E) Provide The Medical Equipment With An Operating Manual In Polish In An Electronic Version And Paper, Warranty Cards, Technical Documentation Necessary For The Proper Operation Of The Equipment, Rules For The Provision Of Services By The Authorized Service In The Post-Warranty Period, List Of Consumables Used In The Current Operation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Other Documentation Required By Law, Implementation Of Other Conditions Specified In The Swz.
