Refuse-Collection Vehicles – Delivery Of A Brand New, Specialized Sweeper-Type Vehicle In The Form Of Operational Leasing – Procedure No. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Brand New, Specialized Sweeper-Type Vehicle In The Form Of Operational Leasing For A Period Of 60 Months And An Initial Payment Of A Maximum Of 45% Of The Value Of The Subject Of The Order. Variable Leasing Interest Rate. Other Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order: 1. The Vehicle Must Have Complete Documentation That Allows The Vehicle To Be Registered For Road Traffic In Poland, Including An Extract From The Approval Certificate. 2. The Vehicle Cannot Have Advertising Signs, Except For The Vehicle Manufacturers Markings. 3. The Vehicle Cannot Have Any Signs Of Damage On Any Of Its Components. 4. The Entire Vehicle Chassis Must Respond To The Vehicles Bodywork Activities, Including Software Updates. 5. The Ordering Party Requires The Vehicle Operation Instruction To Be Carried Out Within A Total Time Of 7 Hours, Including 4 Hours At The Ordering Partys Premises (Theoretical/Demonstration Instruction) And 3 Hours In The Field (Practical/Demonstration Instruction), Dedicated To 2 People, I.E. Designated Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Time Allocated For These Activities Cannot Be Charged To The Person Requesting The Instruction. During The Instruction, Several Activities Related To The Vehicle Operators Occupational Health And Safety And The Operators Instructions On How To Respond To Vehicle Failures Should Take Place, So That The Contractor Does Not Question The Subject Of The Order In The Future, I.E. Under The Guarantee And Warranty, As To The Incorrect Use Of The Vehicle. The Instruction Should Be Carried Out On The Day Of Collecting The Vehicle. Confirmation Of The Instruction Should Be Included In The Vehicle Acceptance Report. The Preparation Of The Vehicle Acceptance Report And The Instruction Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor Of The Subject Of The Order. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Any Damage To Devices In The Chassis And Bodywork That Would Indicate Prototype Solutions. The Offered Devices Must Come From Mass Production. 7. 24-Month Warranty Required For The Chassis And Bodywork. 8. Vehicle Insurance Is The Responsibility Of The Ordering Party.
