Technical Inspection And Testing Services – Inspection Of Portable Electrical Equipment At Schools And Institutions In Potsdam. B) Implementation Period And Test Interval The Tests Must Be Carried Out Once Per Calendar Year In The Respective Facilities And Completed By December 31St Of The Respective Calendar Year. The Exception To This Is The Support And Advice Center. This Must Be Checked Every Two Years. The Examinations Take Place During School Operations (Monday To Thursday: 8:30 A.M. To 3:00 P.M., Friday: 8:30 A.M. To 12:30 P.M.) Or By Appointment (During School Holidays). The Teaching Process Usually Results In A Non-Continuous Examination Process. Waiting Times Must Be Taken Into Account; These Are Not Remunerated Separately. The Portable Electrical Equipment To Be Tested Must Be Unplugged, Checked And Then Plugged Back In As Found During Use And By The Testing Personnel. In Order For The Execution To Be Carried Out In A Coherent Manner, It Is Necessary To Coordinate An Appointment For Each Facility To Be Inspected Four Weeks In Advance With The Responsible Contact Person And Also Communicate This To The Client Electronically. Exceptions To This Must Be Made In Consultation With The Responsible Contact Person. The Contractors Inspection Staff Inspects The Building And Examines Each Floor Separately And Systematically. Electrical Devices That Are In Cupboards, Roll Containers, Etc. At The Time Of The Test Will Not Be Tested. C) Testing Personnel Employed The Testers Employed By The Contractor Must Be Qualified Persons As Defined By Dguv V4 203-071. Persons Trained In Electrical Engineering (Eup) With Proof Of Being A Qualified Person Are Allowed To Carry Out Repeat Tests, Provided They Are Under The Supervision Of An Electrician From The Contractor. As Part Of Providing Services In Schools, The Contractor Will Inevitably Come Into Direct Or Indirect Contact With Minors. Against This Background, The Contractor Assures That He Will Have All Employees He Employs As Part Of The Service In Question Submit And Check An Up-To-Date (Enhanced) Certificate Of Good Conduct In Accordance With Section 30 Paragraph 1 Of The Act On The Central Register And The Educational Register (Bzrg) (Alternatively Equivalent Register Extracts From Other Countries). The Contractor Ensures That He Only Employs Employees Who Are Free Of Entries In The Extended Certificate Of Good Conduct. If The Contractor Intends To Employ Employees With Entries In The Extended Certificate Of Good Conduct, This Must Be Agreed In Advance With The Client By Inspecting The Respective Certificates Of Good Conduct. The Certificate Of Good Conduct Must Not Be Older Than 3 Months. After The Order Has Been Placed, Evidence Of The Qualifications Of The Testing Personnel Used And The Certificates Of Good Conduct Must Be Kept And Presented Upon Request. In Addition, The Contractor Sends The Client A List Of All Employees Who Will Be Involved In The Examinations In The Schools/Facilities On Site. If There Are Any Changes To This Employee
