The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Europe-Wide Awarding Of Services For Balancing Group Management, Including The Closing Of Open Positions For The Electricity And Gas Portfolio Of The Energy Services Of The State Capital Stuttgart Gmbh (Eds For Short). In Particular, The Contractor Takes On The Services Of Forecasting, Determining And Managing Open Positions, Balancing Group And Timetable Or Nomination Management, As Well As Other Energy Industry Support And Services. The Details Of The Scope Of Services Can Be Found In The Service Description (Appendix 3 To The Applicant Memorandum). The Requirements Marked As Mandatory Services In The Service Description Represent Minimum Requirements For The Provision Of Services And Must Be Met In Full By The Contractor. Offers That Do Not Fulfill The Required Mandatory Services Can Be Excluded From The Evaluation. However, The Service Components Described As Additional Services In The Service Description Do Not Necessarily Have To Be Offered. If Such Services Are Offered By The Bidders, They Will Be Included As Qualitative Award Criteria In Determining The Most Economical Offer In Accordance With The Tender Documents As Part Of The Bid Evaluation.
