The City Of Sehnde Is Planning To Build A New Heating Center For The Cooperative Comprehensive School In Sehnde. The School Site Is Made Up Of Various Buildings. The Buildings Come From Different Age Classes. The First Building (Component A) Was Built In 1954. The Last Building (Component W) Was Built In 2020. In Total, The Net Floor Area Extends To 17,000.00 Sqm. The Buildings Meet The Thermal Insulation And Energy Efficiency Requirements Applicable At The Time Of The Respective Year Of Construction. Partial Renovations Were Carried Out On Some Parts Of The Building. Mainly Window Replacements. This Must Be Taken Into Account.
