The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Warehouse Hall For The Needs Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Carried Out In Accordance With The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu). The Investment Includes The Construction Of A Single-Story Warehouse Hall With A Steel Structure, Enclosed With A Sandwich Panel, Placed On Reinforced Concrete Foundations, Along With The Performance Of All Construction, Installation And Land Development Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Program Functional And Utility. The Subject Of The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Task Construction Of A Warehouse Hall, Financed By The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. The Aim Of The Task Is To Create A Modern Warehouse Infrastructure Intended For Logistic Security And To Ensure Appropriate Conditions For Storing Equipment, Fittings And Materials Used To Carry Out Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Based On The Program Functional And Utility2) Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Required Arrangements, Opinions, Technical Conditions, Administrative Decisions And Other Documents Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment;3) Obtaining A Building Permit Or Submitting An Effective Notification Of Construction Works - If Required By Law;4) Carrying Out Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation And The Functional And Utility Program;5) Performing All Installations And Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Facility;6) Carrying Out Land Development To The Extent Specified In Pfu;7) Carrying Out Tests, Tests, Measurements And Commissioning Required By Regulations;8) Preparing As-Built Documentation;9) Obtaining An Occupancy Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Completion Of Construction, If Required In Accordance With The Provisions Of Construction Law. The Indicative Territorial Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Graphic Annex That Is An Element Of The Pfu.
