1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Performance Of Construction, Electrical And Assembly Works Consisting In The Installation Of A Photovoltaic Installation On The Roof Of The Building, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Regulations, Technical Standards, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And The Requirements Of The Manufacturers Of The Devices Used. 1.2 The Order Is Comprehensive And Includes All Activities, Supplies Of Materials, Devices And Works Necessary To Perform A Complete, Efficient And Ready-For-Use Photovoltaic Installation.1.3 Design Documentation Is An Integral Part Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. All Solutions Contained Therein Are Binding On The Contractor, Subject To Point 13.8 Of This Opz.1.4 All Works Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Applicable Legal Provisions, In Particular The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, Relevant Polish Standards Or Standards Replacing Them, Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Guidelines Of The Manufacturers Of The Materials And Devices Used. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 4 To The Swz - Technical Parameters And Annex No. 6 - Projector Provisions Of The Contract.
